Claim payment details online
Payment details for claims are available on the myGov website.
You can view your Income Statement by:
- logging into your myGov account and linking it to Australian Taxation Office (ATO) online services
- calling the ATO on 13 28 61 to request your Income Statement
- speaking to your registered tax agent who can access these details on your behalf.

The Long Service Corporation sends your payment information to the ATO within 2 weeks of payment to be processed and posted to myGov.
