- Employers must notify us of proposed long service payment to a worker before making a payment.
- Apply for long service payment using the Employer Portal.
- Failure to notify us of a proposed long service payment to a worker may result in the employer not receiving a payment, as a registered worker could potentially be paid by both LSC and you the employer, for the same period of work.
- Debt recovery action may be taken against your worker if two payments have been made for the same period of work.
