Who pays for the scheme?

The scheme is funded by a levy on all building and construction work in NSW with a cost of works of $250,000 and above (including GST). The levy is paid by the applicant of the building approval.

Employers don't pay contributions for employees in NSW. There are no fees or charges for employers or workers.
