Using our online portals for workers, employers and tax agents is the easiest way to register for the schemes, pay levies, update records, or claim long service leave.
By phone
Call 13 14 41 between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Calls are answered by Service NSW specialists on behalf of the Long Service Corporation. This ensures your call is attended to as soon as possible.
If you need language assistance, please call the national translating and interpreting service on 13 14 50 and ask them to call us on 13 14 41.

Visit any Service NSW centre for general assistance. The team can help you access our website, log in to customer portals, and complete forms.
Find your nearest Service NSW centre via the service centre locator. Opening hours vary.
Counter service is also available at the Long Service Corporation office at 32 Mann Street, Gosford, every Tuesday (excluding public holidays) between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Please register at the concierge desk on Level 2. After registering, a team member will be able to assist you. Cash payments are not accepted.
