Our online portals provides a range of services in one convenient and secure place. You can self-manage information and communicate with us online at a time and place that suits you.
Workers
Manage your portable long service:
- download annual statements of your service record
- update your contact details.
Register for online access
- Go to Register for online access.
- Enter your registration ID, surname, date of birth and click Next.
- Complete your registration by entering your email address and a password.
If you don't have your worker registration number, you can contact your employer or submit an online enquiry form.
Employers
Manage portable long service for your workers:
- add/remove workers
- upload return data and complete returns online
- manage contact or admin details
- report earlier service for workers.
