Employers
Use the Employer Portal to manage portable long service leave for your workers. You can:
- manage workers
- submit service returns
- pay levies
- manage user access.

Workers
Use the Worker Portal to manage your portable long service leave. You can:
- link your employers
- view your recognised service
- update your contact infomation.
Log in to the Worker Portal via Service NSW.
Register for online access
If you are eligible, you will receive an invitation to register when your employer includes you in a service return.
You will receive an email with steps to access the Worker Portal.
You must complete your registration through your MyServiceNSW account.
As part of registration, you will need to:
- complete a proof of identity check
- answer eligibility questions.
