From October 2024, the format of the Help centre on the BCI portal will be updated. You can access our easy-to-read portal self-help guides on the Building and construction portal user guides page.
Once you log into the BCI portal, simply click on the ‘Help centre’ tab in the main menu. This links directly to the customer user guides page.
