Language assistance

To call us using an interpreter, please call the national translating and interpreting service on 13 14 50 and ask them to call us on 13 14 41.

Please include your Long Service Corporation registration number, full name and date of birth to help speed up your enquiry.

Counter service

We welcome face-to-face interactions with customers on Level 2, 32 Mann Street in Gosford.

Counter service is available every Tuesday (excluding public holidays) between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Please visit the concierge desk on Level 2 to register and a team member will be on hand to speak with you and offer assistance.

No cash is accepted.

Service NSW centres

Visit any Service NSW centre for general assistance.  The team can help you with access to our website, logging into our customer portals and assist you in completing our forms.

Find your nearest Service NSW centre via the service centre locator. Opening hours vary by location.

Claim long service leave

Building and construction workers can claim online via the worker portal when they are eligible.

You can also phone 13 14 41 to check if you can claim and for a form to return by email.
