Why do I need to do this?
Here at the Long Service Corporation (LSC), we are enhancing our online systems to make it easier for you to lodge a claim for long service. There will be more self-service options and a personalised dashboard to view your claims and annual statements.
Update your contact details now so we can keep you informed and updated. There will be more information about our new system closer to the launch date.
Building and Construction Industry Workers: Follow these simple steps to register for online access and to update your contact details:
- Go to the Building and Construction Industry Worker Portal and select Register
- Enter your worker registration number, surname, date of birth, and email address
- Create your password, confirm and select Register
- A verification email will be sent to confirm your registration
- Login using your worker registration number and password
- Review or update your contact details including mobile number, email address and postal address and select Save.
If you don't have your worker registration number you can either contact your employer, or contact us by calling our helpline or sending us an email.
Note: Please use your own personal email address, and not your work email or a family members.
