Helpline
The Corporation provides a telephone 'HELPLINE' which customers may contact for information on any aspect of the scheme by phoning 13 14 41 for the cost of a local call from anywhere in Australia (except for calls from mobile phones).
Telephone times
The Corporation staffs its telephone Helpline from 8.30 am to 5pm.
Peak demand times on the Helpline are 9 to 9.30 am, 12 to 2 pm and 4 to 4.30 pm.
The Corporation endeavours to answer all incoming calls within 2 minutes, however this is not always possible during peak demand on our Helpline. You can assist the Corporation by ringing outside peak hours.
Scheme inquiries
For Building and Construction Scheme and Contract Cleaning Scheme please have your worker number or employer number ready when you do call.
Levy inquiries
For Building and Construction Long Service Levies, please have the details of construction certificate or development number and details of which local council you have been dealing with when you do call.
