Remember to indicate whether you are a worker or an employer and give us an much detail as you can so that we can start investigating your query before responding via email or phone.
The Corporation provides a telephone 'HELPLINE' which customers may contact for information on any aspect of either scheme by phoning 13 14 41 for the cost of a local call from anywhere in Australia (call charges may be higher from mobile phones). The Corporation Helpline is available from 8.30 am to 5pm.

What if customers have any problems or suggestions?
Most matters can be resolved directly with the staff member providing customer services. This should be the first action taken.
