Information for Employers
Important points to note:
- Employers who are industry employers immediately before the commencement date of 1 July 2011 must register with the scheme by 31 July 2011.
- Employers who become industry employers on or after 1 July 2011 must register no later than one month after becoming an industry employer.
- Levies will be payable to the Corporation on a quarterly basis. The levy will be calculated 1.7% of the ordinary wages of employees.
- Industry employers will be required to submit regular service reports which will be recorded in a register to be maintained by the Corporation.
