The Corporation provides a telephone 'HELPLINE' which customers may contact for information on any aspect of either scheme by phoning 13 14 41 for the cost of a local call from anywhere in Australia (call charges may be higher from mobile phones).
The Corporation Helpline is available from 8.30 am to 5pm.
Peak demand times on the Helpline for the Building and Construction Industry are:
- 9:00 to 9:30 am
- 12:00 to 2:00 pm
- 4:00 to 4:30 pm
The Corporation aims to answer all incoming calls within two minutes, however this is not always possible during peak demand times. You can assist the Corporation by ringing outside peak hours.
For Building and Construction Scheme Industry enquiries please have your worker number or employer number ready when you call.
For Building and Construction Long Service Levy enquiries please have the details of construction certificate or development number and details of which local council you have been dealing with when you do call.
We may not be able to provide all requested information to someone who calls on your behalf. Please note the Privacy Guidelines on this site if you are asking someone to call on your behalf.

What if customers have any problems or suggestions?
Most matters can be resolved directly with the staff member providing customer services. This should be the first action taken. If this course of action is not successful or not considered appropriate customers should ask to speak with the staff member's manager, or contact the Support Services Manager on:
