Employer Returns

If you employ workers for the purpose of doing building and construction work in NSW, you are legally required to confirm and update their service to ensure benefits paid from the scheme are calculated accurately.

Employer Returns are due for completion by the 31 July and can be completed online via the Employer Online portal.

Non-compliant employers will be identified and receive a Statement of Obligations notice. Failure to respond to this notice or not completing a return by the end of August, will result in the Corporation issuing a Notice of Inspection stating a specific time and place to conduct an audit on records and documents verifying worker service.
